Health and Safety Protocol
We here at Tammy’Dele Films Workshops care about your safety. That is why we will be taking a number of precautions to help keep our students, and instructors safe amid the COVID-19 crisis. These actions will allow us to begin welcoming back students for workshops in December 2021. Every Tammy’Dele Films Workshops student who has registered for a class will be able to safely partake in available in-person educational opportunities based on CDC Guidelines.
In these challenging times, we know you may have questions and concerns about learning in-person.
We created these protocols to help you can make a safe, informed decision about your education. These health and safety protocols include:
- Temperatures will be taken upon entrance
- Social distancing will be maintained at all in-person workshops
- Class sizes will be limited
- Sanitizer will be available at every station
- Students will be asked to wear face masks inside of the building
- Frequently touched surfaces will be sanitized often
Class sizes will be limited with social distancing implemented in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Keeping your hands clean prevents the spread of disease. Hand washing may be done in Cinema South Studios restrooms. Hand sanitizer will also be available at each station.
To ensure safety in our building, all students must wear a face mask when inside. This includes the studio, classrooms, offices and the common area. If you need a mask, they are available upon entrance. Temperatures will be taken when entering the building, and frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and tables will be sanitized during breaks.
Health Checks are safety protocols to help reduce attendee exposure to COVID-19. Students are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend in- person workshops. Physical vaccination cards, and digital copies or photos of vaccination cards stored on your phone or electronic device are accepted forms of vaccination proof.
If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19, please seek medical help, email firstname.lastname@example.org and do not come to the location.
